***Hot Weather - Tips Safety for Industrial Battery***
Industrial batteries are robust, but sweltering summer heat of the current weather will makes battery vulnerable. Elevated temperatures can accelerate chemical reactions inside the battery, leading to overcharging, capacity loss, and even thermal runaway.
Tip#1: Please store your batteries will last the longest within their optimal operating and charging temperature range, which is usually between 20°C and 30°C (68°F to 86°F).
Tip#2: Install charging stations in cool, well ventilated locations, avoid direct sunlight, too hot and heats batteries.
Tip#3: please keeps batteries working optimally, so they aren’t generating excessive heat.
Tip#4: Reveals signs of heat damage early before they lead to severe problems, such as swelling in the battery case or corrosive oxidation.
